Bridget Lambert DVM CVMMP

Bridget Lambert, DVM is originally from Nashville, TN where she grew up riding horses and participating heavily in 4-H programs. She obtained a B.S, in Animal Science from Middle Tennessee State University prior to attending the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation from UTCVM in 2014, Dr. Lambert went on to complete an internship at Elgin Veterinary Hospital (Equine Division) in Elgin, TX where she gained experience in a wide range of equine medicine, surgery, and emergency care.

After completing her internship, Dr. Lambert practiced in South Carolina and Virginia where she had the opportunity to provide primary care for a diverse population of pleasure and performance horses. While Dr. Lambert enjoys most aspects of equine practice, she has a special interest in wellness care, lameness, spinal manipulation, and internal medicine. Dr. Lambert also serves as a courtesy professor for the University of Florida’s Practice Based Equine Clerkship program by assisting in the training of students in the field of veterinary medicine. During her free time, Dr. Lambert enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Dr. Lambert moved to Jacksonville and joined theJacksonville Equine team in 2019.
